125th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 15 July, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues deliberated on the amendments submitted to the Bill on Conversion of Rights of Use into Property Right of Building Land with Compensation and the Bill modifying the Law on Flood Damage Repair in the Republic of Serbia.
The Committee also found all three of the amendments submitted to the Bill modifying the Law on Flood Damage Repair in the Republic of Serbia compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic.
