The Committee members found all eight of the bills and other proposed acts compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia, viz. the Bill on Anti-Hail Protection, Bill on Flammable and Combustible Liquids, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Ministries, Bill on the Confirmation of the Military-Technical Cooperation Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Russian Federation, Bill on the Confirmation of the Defence Cooperation Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Belarus, Proposal of the Decision on the Adoption of the Annual Plan for the use of the Serbian Armed Forces and other defence forces in multinational operations in 2015, Proposal of the Decision on the participation of Serbian Army personnel in multinational operations in 2015 and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement amending and modifying the Financial Agreement (School Modernisation Programme) between the Republic of Serbia and the European Investment Bank, submitted by the Government.
