10th session of the Finance Committee
The tenth session of the Finance Committee, chaired by its chairman, Nenad Bogdanovic, was held on 7 April 2004.The Committee discussed, and in principle endorsed, the Bill on the Settling of Obligations of the Republic of Serbia Arising from the Loan for Economic Development, the Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on the Guarantee Fund, the Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on the Taxes on the Use, Possession and Carrying of Goods, as well as the Bill Amending and Modifying the Payment Operations Act.

The Committee discussed, and in principle endorsed, the Bill on the Settling of Obligations of the Republic of Serbia Arising from the Loan for Economic Development, the Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on the Guarantee Fund, the Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on the Taxes on the Use, Possession and Carrying of Goods, as well as the Bill Amending and Modifying the Payment Operations Act.
The Committee’s session was also attended by the Minister of Finance in the Government of the Republic of Serbia, Mladjan Dinkic, who provided a detailed explanation for each Bill.
Amendments to the Bill Amending and Modifying the Excise Act are scheduled for discussion at the Committee’s next session.
