102nd session of the Administrative Committee convened
Chairman of the Administrative Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Bosko Ristic, convened the Committee’s one hundred and second session for 11 a.
Chairman of the Administrative Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Bosko Ristic, convened the Committee’s one hundred and second session for 11 a.m. on Wednesday 22 October. The following agenda was proposed for the session:
1. Discussion of objection raised by the chairman of the DOS - Dr Vojislav Kostunica - Democratic Party of Serbia Deputies’ Group regarding infringement of Articles 86 and 79 of the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia at the First Session of the Second Regular Sitting of the National Assembly;
2. Discussion of objection raised by the chairman of the Socialist Party of Serbia Deputies’ Group regarding infringement of Article 32 Subection 2, and Article 85 Subsection 2, of the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia at the First Session of the Second Regular Sitting of the National Assembly;
3. Discussion of objection raised by the chairman of the Serbian Radical Party Deputies’ Group regarding infringement of Articles 86 and 87 of the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia at the First Session of the Second Regular Sitting of the National Assembly;
4. Adoption of the Committee’s official position regarding implementation of Article 110 of the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly of Serbia, in connection with consequences of the Assembly’s failure to adopt minutes of its sessions.
