Delegation in the Parliamentary Assembly of Black Sea Economic Cooperation
The Assembly assists with economic, trade, political, and social cooperation among the countries through the adoption of acts that provide legal grounds for cooperation at the Ministerial level. Its goal is to protect parliamentary democracy; it cooperates with the bodies of Central European Services as well as with regional bodies.
Plenary sessions are convened twice a year in the country of the Chairperson. Between plenary sessions, meetings of working bodies are organized in member states.
Our country has been a full member since 2004.

Latest activities
- The standing delegation of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation comprising Zdravko Mladenovic, member of the PABSEC Committee on Legal Affairs and International Cooperation, and Mitar Kovac, member of the PABSEC Committee on Economic and Development Policy, took part in the 66th meeting of the PABSEC Committee on Economic and Development Policy and the 67th meeting of the PABSEC Committee on Legal Affairs and International Cooperation, held in Bucharest on 17 March 2026.
- The Head of the National Assembly’s standing delegation to PABSEC, Jasmina Obradovic, took part in the 66th Plenary Session of the PABSEC General Assembly, held in Sofia, from 23 to 25 November 2025.
- The National Assembly hosted the 65th meeting of the Committee on Economic and Development Policy of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC) on 14 October 2025.
- Jasmina Obradovic, Zdravko Mladenovic, Marija Jevdjic and Mitar Kovac, members of the National Assembly standing delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation, and deputy member MA Igor Becic, are taking part in the parliamentary body’s 65th Plenary Session, hosted by the Parliament of Azerbaijan, in Baku, on 18 and 19 June 2025.
- Member of the National Assembly standing delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC) and the Committee for Legal Affairs and International Cooperation, Marija Jevdjic, took part in the 65th meeting of the PABSEC Committee for Legal Affairs and International Cooperation, held in Skopje, North Macedonia, on 29 April 2025.
