Twenty-Second Sitting of the Committee on Justice and Administration
At the sitting held on 26 March, the Committee on Justice and Administration considered the Nominations for the Election of Members of the First Composition of the High Judicial Council and the Nominations for the Election of Members of the First Composition of the State Council of Prosecutors.
At the sitting held on 26 March, the Committee on Justice and Administration considered the Nominations for the Election of Members of the First Composition of the High Judicial Council and the Nominations for the Election of Members of the First Composition of the State Council of Prosecutors. The Committee noted that the lawfully authorised nominators have submitted the nominations for the election of members of the First Composition of the High Judicial Council and the First Composition of the State Council of Prosecutors in due time.
At the sitting, the Committee considered the information of the Grand Personnel Council on the termination of judicial office of Nada Stojkovic, Pristina Municipal Court Judge, due to mandatory retirement and determined the Proposal of the Decision on the termination of judicial office. The Committee concluded that the Decision Proposal be forwarded to the National Assembly, proposing that it be discussed under urgent procedure.
The Committee also considered the decision of the Grand Personnel Council on establishing the grounds for dismissal of Dragana Samardzija, Backa Palanka Municipal Court Judge, and determined the Proposal of the Decision on dismissal from judicial office. The Committee concluded to forward the Decision Proposal to the National Assembly with the recommendation that it be discussed under urgent procedure.
The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Bosko Ristic.
