Twenty-Fourth Sitting of the Committee on Justice and Administration

At the sitting held on 15 April, the Committee on Justice and Administration considered the Bill on the Appearance and Use of the Coat of Arms, Flag and National Anthem of the Republic of Serbia, in detail.



At the sitting held on 15 April, the Committee on Justice and Administration considered the Bill on the Appearance and Use of the Coat of Arms, Flag and National Anthem of the Republic of Serbia, in detail.

The Committee considered the amendments the deputies had submitted to the Bill and decided to propose that the National Assembly refuse all of them.

The Committee went on to consider the repeated Nomination of the High Judicial Council for Elective Member of the First Composition of the High Court Council from the ranks of municipal court judges. The Committee noted that the High Judicial Council, as an authorised submitter, in line with the Law on the High Court Council, submitted a nomination for Elective Member of the First Composition of the High Court Council. By a majority of votes, with five reserved opinions of Committee members from the Serbian Radical Party, the Committee adopted a report on it which it will submit to the National Assembly.

The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Bosko Ristic.
