Twentieth Sitting of the Legislative Committee
At the twentieth sitting, held on 27 November, the Legislative Committee discussed the amendment the Committee on Justice and Administration submitted to the Bill on the High Judicial Council and deputy Zlata Djeric’s amendment to the Bill on the State Council of Prosecutors.

On the behalf of the submitters, the Committee sitting was attended by the Minister of Justice, Snezana Malovic, and it was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Vlatko Ratkovic.
The Committee on Justice and Administration submitted an amendment to article 22 alinea 6, article 23 paragraph 3, article 24 paragraph 5, article 33 paragraph 1, article 50 paragraph 2 and article 52 paragraph 1 of the Bill on the High Judicial Council. The Legislative Committee deemed the amendment legally feasible, and Minister Malovic accepted the amendment on the behalf of the Government.
Deputy Zlata Djeric submitted a correction to the amendment submitted to article 38 of the Bill on the State Council of Prosecutors. The Legislative Committee deemed the amendment legally feasible, and Minister Malovic accepted the amendment on the behalf of the Government.
