The Chairman of the Committee on Kosovo and Metohija, Ljubomir Kragovic scheduled the twelfth Committee sitting for 14 April in Kosovska Mitrovica.

At the sitting, the Committee was to consider the Decision of the Government of the Republic of Serbia on the dissolution of the Pristina City Assembly and the Assembly of Pec Municipality and the formation of the provisional organ in the City of Pristina and Municipality of Pec. In addition, the agenda also contained the draft text of the Strategy on sustainable survival and return to Kosovo-Metohija, proposed by the Government of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was held in the northern part of Kosovska Mitrovica without a quorum, since only four Committee members, Serbian Radical Party and Democratic Party of Serbia deputies, were in attendance, so no conclusions were adopted. The sitting was attended by delegates of the Assembly of the Community of Municipalities and Settlements of Kosovo-Metohija.
