Thirty-Fourth Sitting of the Justice and Administration Committee
At the sitting held on 31 July, the Justice and Administration Committee debated the Rulebook on Internal Organisation and Job Systematisation within the Anti-Corruption Agency’s Support Service, for the purpose of granting consent.
At the sitting held on 31 July, the Justice and Administration Committee debated the Rulebook on Internal Organisation and Job Systematisation within the Anti-Corruption Agency’s Support Service, for the purpose of granting consent.
The Agency Director, Zorana Markovic, elaborated the proposed solutions aimed at ensuring the high anti-corruption authority’s efficient functioning.
The Committee unanimously ruled to grant consent to the Rulebook on Internal Organisation and Job Systematisation within the Anti-Corruption Agency’s Support Service.
The Committee went on to consider the Grand Personnel Council’s information on the termination of judiciary office of Dusko Isailovic, Prokuplje District Court judge, due to mandatory retirement and formulated a decision proposal on termination of judiciary office. The Committee concluded to forward the decision proposal to the National Assembly.
The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Bosko Ristic.
