Thirty-First Sitting of the Privatisation Committee

At its thirty-first sitting the Privatisation Committee reviewed and adopted the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development Report on the Activities of the Privatisation Agency for September 2011.


The Committee members requested information from the Government of the Republic of Serbia on the privatisation process of Magnohrom from Kraljevo, Jugoremedija from Zrenjanin, Potato Chips factory from Cacak, Lola System from Belgrade and Ikarbus from Belgrade. The Committee members also discussed the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development Report on the course of the privatisation of the Ivan Milutinovic-PIM, JSC waterways company from Belgrade and concluded to recommend that the Government continue talks on addressing the issue of the company's core business.

The Committee sitting was chaired by Committee member Nikola Novakovic as the Chairman was prevented from attending, and was also attended by Privatisation Agency Director Vladislav Cvetkovic and associates.
