Third and Fourth Sessions of the First Regular Sitting convened
The Chairman of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Predrag Markovic, convened the Third Session of the First Regular Sitting of the National Assembly in 2004 for 10 a.
The Chairman of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Predrag Markovic, convened the Third Session of the First Regular Sitting of the National Assembly in 2004 for 10 a.m. on Tuesday 23 March 2004, and the Fourth Session of the First Regular Sitting of the National Assembly in 2004 for 12 noon on the same day.
The Third Session of the First Regular Sitting, convened for 10 a.m., is to discuss the election of three deputies to the Parliament of Serbia and Montenegro.
The Fourth Session of the First Regular Sitting, scheduled to start at 12 noon, is to discuss the Bill Repealing the Act on the Earnings Fund Tax, the Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on Public Revenue and Public Expenditure, as well as the Bill Modifying the Act on Local Self-government, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia.
Also included in the agenda of the session is discussion of the Bill on the Budget of the Republic of Serbia for 2004, along with proposals of decisions approving 2004 financial plans for the Republic Fund for the Pension and Disability Insurance of Employees, Agricultural Workers and the Self-employed, the Republic Health Insurance Fund and the National Employment Service, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia. Also due for debate is the Bill on the Volume of Assets and Participation of Municipalities, Cities and the City of Belgrade in the Earnings and Sales Tax in 2004, also submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia.
