Third Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government

At the sitting held on 26 October 2020, the members of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government considered the Bill on Ministries, submitted by 167 MPs of the “Aleksandar Vucic – For Our Children” Parliamentary Group, in detail.


Of the ten amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill, the submitter, “Aleksandar Vucic – For Our Children” Parliamentary Group, and the Committee accepted one, the amendment submitted to Article 10 of the Bill by MP Jelena Zaric Kovacevic. The Committee also submitted an amendment of its own to Article 12 of the Bill on Ministries.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Vladimir Djukanovic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Sanja Lakic, Dejan Kesar, Vesna Krisanov, Toma Fila, Velibor Milojicic, Nenad Baros, Djordje Dabic, Sanja Jefic Brankovic, Nebojsa Pavlovic, Mihailo Jokic, Jelena Zaric Kovacevic, Dragan M. Markovic and Attila Juhasz.
