Third Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues
At the sitting held on 26 July, the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues accepted the Decision of the Republic Electoral Commission on the allocation of MPs’ terms of office for the purpose of filling vacant seats at the National Assembly.
The Committee noted that the Republic Electoral Commission allocated National Assembly MPs’ terms of office to the following candidates:from the LET'S GET SERBIA MOVING - TOMISLAV NIKOLIC Electoral List - Dr Aleksandar Radojevic, Milan Kovacevic, Zeljko Susec and Milanka Jevtovic-Vukojicic, from the CHOICE FOR BETTER LIFE - BORIS TADIC Electoral List - Radoslav Milovanovic, from theDEMOCRATIC PARTY OF SERBIA - VOJISLAV KOSTUNICA Electoral List - Aleksandar Pejcic, Dejan Mihajlov and Gorica Gajic and from thePARTY OF DEMOCRATIC ACTION OF SANDZAK - Dr Sulejman Ugljanin Electoral List - Enis Imamovic.
The Committee proposed that the National Assembly should note the verification of the terms of office of the newly-elected MPs.
At the sitting, the Committee also adopted the certificate of appointment of Nebojsa Pesic as Chief-of-Staff of the Cabinet of the National Assembly Speaker.
The sitting was chaired by Jorgovanka Tabakovic, Committee Chairperson.
