Tenth Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues
At the sitting held on 6 August, the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues discussed the Decision of the Republic Electoral Commission on the allocation of an MP’s term of office for the purpose of filling a vacant seat at the National Assembly.
The Committee ascertained that a term of office had been allocated to Dragan Todorovic from the LET’S GET SERBIA MOVING – TOMISLAV NIKOLIC Electoral List and proposed that the National Assembly verify the newly-elected MP’s term of office.
The sitting was chaired by Jorgovanka Tabakovic, Committee Chairperson.
