Sixty-Third Sitting of the Justice and Administration Committee

At the sitting held on 22 December, the Justice and Administration Committee considered the Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Execution of the Prison Sentence for Criminal Offenses of Organised Crime, as well as the Bills amending and modifying the Law on the High Judicial Council, Law on Judges, Law on the State Prosecutorial Council, Law on Public Prosecution and Law on the Organisation of Courts, in principle.



At the sitting held on 22 December, the Justice and Administration Committee considered the Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Execution of the Prison Sentence for Criminal Offenses of Organised Crime, as well as the Bills amending and modifying the Law on the High Judicial Council, Law on Judges, Law on the State Prosecutorial Council, Law on Public Prosecution and Law on the Organisation of Courts, in principle.

The Committee decided to propose that the National Assembly should accept the Bills in principle.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Bosko Ristic.
