Sixty-Seventh Sitting of the Justice and Administration Committee

At the sitting held on 10 March, the Justice and Administration Committee considered the Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Government and the Bill on Ministries, on the particulars.



At the sitting held on 10 March, the Justice and Administration Committee considered the Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Government and the Bill on Ministries, on the particulars.

The Committee decided to propose that the National Assembly should reject all the amendments (8) submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Government.

By a majority of votes, the Committee decided to propose that out of the 47 amendments the deputies had submitted to the Bill on Ministries, the National Assembly should accept seven. The Committee submitted seven amendments of its own to the Bill.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Bosko Ristic.
