Sixty-Ninth Sitting of the Justice and Administration Committee
At the sitting held on 31 March, the Justice and Administration Committee considered the Nominations for elective members of the State Prosecutors Council from the ranks of public prosecutors and deputy public prosecutors, submitted by the State Prosecutors Council and delivered to the National Assembly on 28 March.
At the sitting held on 31 March, the Justice and Administration Committee considered the Nominations for elective members of the State Prosecutors Council from the ranks of public prosecutors and deputy public prosecutors, submitted by the State Prosecutors Council and delivered to the National Assembly on 28 March.
Following a debate, the Committee decided to submit a Report to the National Assembly noting that the State Prosecutors Council, as the authorised submitted, had submitted the Nominations for elective members of the State Prosecutors Council from the ranks of public prosecutors and deputy public prosecutors from the Republic Public Prosecutor’s Office, appellate public prosecutor’s offices, Prosecutor’s Office for Organised Crime and War Crimes Prosecutor’s Office and public prosecutor’s offices from the territory of an autonomous province.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Bosko Ristic.
