Sixty-First Sitting of the Legislative Committee
The agenda for the sixty-first sitting of the Legislative Committee, held on 11 September, contained only one item: Adoption of the information and embarkation on the process of formation of a working group for the drafting of “Uniform methodological rules for legislative drafting”.

Committee Chairman Vlatko Ratkovic, Goran Duka, OSCE representative and Gradimir Nenadovic, head of the Secretariat for Legislation talked about the reason to pass this document.
The Committee members adopted the proposal that, in addition to the representatives of National Assembly parliamentary groups, the working group should comprise prominent legal experts from the field – representatives of the Belgrade Law Faculty, Serbian Bar Association, Serbian Government, the President of the Republic and AP Vojvodina Executive Council. It was agreed to set the deadline for the completion of the proposed document at three months.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Vlatko Ratkovic.
