Sixtieth Sitting of the Justice and Administration Committee
At the sitting held on 15 December, the Justice and Administration Committee considered five Bills included into the agenda for the Seventh Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2010.The Committee unanimously accepted the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Salaries of Civil Servants and State Employees, in principle.

The Committee unanimously accepted the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Salaries of Civil Servants and State Employees, in principle.
The Committee also considered, in principle, and decided to propose that the National Assembly should accept the Bill on the Confirmation of the European Convention on the Non-Applicability of Statutory Limitation to Crimes against Humanity and War Crimes, Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina amending and modifying the Agreement between Serbia and Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina on Legal Aid in Civil and Criminal Matters, Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina amending and modifying the Agreement between Serbia and Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina on Mutual Execution of Court Rulings in Criminal Matters and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Extradition Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Croatia, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia.
