Sixth Sitting of the Health and Family Committee

At the sitting held on 16 April 2026, the members of the Health and Family Committee considered the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the European Union, of the one part, and the Republic of Serbia, of the other part, on the association of the Republic of Serbia to the EU4Health Programme, submitted by the Government.

On behalf of the Ministry of Health, the Bill was presented by State Secretary Ivana Stasevic Karlicic, who attended the meeting with her associates Natasa Boskovic, Marko Pavlovic and Mersiha Omeragic.

The Committee also considered the civic petitions and proposals it had received.

Committee member Dr Emese Uri informed the other Committee members about the civic petitions and proposals the Committee had received, who then, at the proposal of the Working Group tasked with civic petitions and proposals, decided how they should be handled.

Following a discussion, the Committee accepted the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the European Union, of the one part, and the Republic of Serbia, of the other part, on the association of the Republic of Serbia to the EU4Health Programme, submitted by the Government, by majority vote, and decided to propose that the National Assembly accept it.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Muamer Bacevac and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Prim. Doc. Dr Darko Laketic, Prim. Dr Nada Macura, Prof. Dr Sc. Med. Marija Zdravkovic, Prof. Dr Slobodan Milisavljevic, Dr Ivan Rajicic, Dr Lidija Sarac, Katarina Stojanovic, Dr Emese Uri, Prof. Dr Dragan Delic, Marina Mijatovic and Nenad Ristovic.
