Sixth Sitting of the Committee on the Rights of the Child

At the sitting held on 11 June 2025, the members of the Committee on the Rights of the Child considered, in detail, the Bill on the Exercise of Rights from the Alimony Fund, submitted by MP Ana Brnabic.

The MPs had submitted 41 amendments to the Bill, which neither the Government not the Committee accepted.

The session was chaired by Committee Deputy Chairperson Zagorka Aleksic, and attended by the following Subcommittee members and deputy members: Elvira Kovacs, Edin Djerlek, Natasa Mihajlovic, Vesna Nedovic, Vesna Stankovic, Prim. Dr Nada Macura, Tatjana Petrovic Stojkovic, Anita Nesic, Ilo Mihajlovski, Boris Bajic, Edis Durgutovic, Slavica Radovanovic, Marina Mijatovic, Milica Marusic Jablanovic, Dr Tijana Peric Diligenski and Sonja Pernat.
