Sixth Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government

At the sitting that started on 9 October 2025, the members of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government considered in detail the Bill amending the Law on Enforcement and Security and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Court Fees.

Of the 18 amendments submitted to the Bill amending the Law on Enforcement and Security, the Government and the Committee accepted one, submitted to Article 2 of the Bill by MP Dr Ugljesa Mrdic, while the remaining 17 were not accepted.

Of the 34 amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Court Fees, the Government and the Committee accepted two, submitted to Article 2 and Article 20 of the Bill by MP Dr Ugljesa Mrdic, while the remaining 22 were not accepted.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Ugljesa Mrdic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Risto Kostov, Jovan Palalic, Lidija Nacic, Biljana Ilic Stosic, Milija Miletic, Dragan Nikolic, Natasa Milic Milas, Jasmina Palurovic, Boris Bajic and Ana Krstic.
