Sixth Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government
At the sitting held on 21 May, the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government considered the Proposal of the Decision on the election of President of the Appellate Court in Novi Sad, Proposal of the Decision on the election of presidents of higher courts and the Proposal of the Decision on the election of presidents of commercial courts.
The Committee members accepted all the decision proposals by a majority votes.
The sitting was attended by representatives of the High Judicial Council Miroljub Tomic and Mirjana Ivic.
The sitting was chaired by Petar Petrovic, Committee Chairman.
