Sixth Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government
At the sitting held on 31 August, the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government discussed the Bill amending the Law on Public Notaries and the Bill modifying the Law on Extra-Judicial Procedure, in detail.
Only one amendment had been submitted to the Bill amending the Law on Public Notaries, by the Committee itself. The Committee decided to propose that the National Assembly accept the amendment.
Out of the nine amendments submitted to the Bill modifying the Law on Extra-Judicial Procedure, by a majority of votes, the Committee decided to propose that the National Assembly accept the four amendments also accepted by the submitter.
The sitting was chaired by Petar Petrovic, Committee Chairman.
