Sixteenth Sitting of the Legislative Committee
At its sixteenth sitting, held on 5 November, the Legislative Committee discussed the Finance Committee’s amendment to the Bill on loan abeyance and write-off on grounds of mandatory health insurance contributions and deemed it legally feasible.
At its sixteenth sitting, held on 5 November, the Legislative Committee discussed the Finance Committee’s amendment to the Bill on loan abeyance and write-off on grounds of mandatory health insurance contributions and deemed it legally feasible.
The Committee went on to discuss the bills included into the agenda for the Third Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia: the Bill on the Organisation of Courts, the Bill on Judges, the Bill on the High Judicial Council, the Bill on the Public Prosecution, the Bill on the State Council of Prosecutors, the Bill on Court and Public Prosecutors Seats and Districts, and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Misdemeanours, as well as the bills amending and modifying the Law on Deposit Insurance, amending and modifying the Law on the Deposit Insurance Agency and amending and modifying the Law on Bankruptcy and Liquidation of Banks and Insurance Companies and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Travel Documents.
The Committee unanimously decided to forward to the National Assembly the opinion that all the bills, submitted by the Government, are in line with the Constitution and legal order of the
