Seventy-First Sitting of the Justice and Administration Committee
At the sitting held on 13 April, the Justice and Administration Committee considered the Bill on Advocacy, Bill on Public Notaries, Bill on Enforcement and Security and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Enforcement of Penal Sanctions, on the particulars.
At the sitting held on 13 April, the Justice and Administration Committee considered the Bill on Advocacy, Bill on Public Notaries, Bill on Enforcement and Security and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Enforcement of Penal Sanctions, on the particulars.
By a majority of votes, the Committee endorsed all the amendments submitted to the Bills and endorsed by the Government. The Committee unanimously proposed seven amendments of its own to the Bill on Advocacy, one amendment to the Bill on Public Notaries, and two amendments each to the Bill on Enforcement and Security and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Enforcement of Penal Sanctions.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Bosko Ristic.
