Seventh Sitting of the European Integration Committee

At the sitting held on 20 April 2023, the members of the European Integration Committee considered the Bill on Electronic Communications, in principle.

The Bill was presented by State Secretary at the Ministry of Information and Telecommunications, Milan Dobrijevic, and was then accepted by the Committee in principle.

The Committee was also presented the Bill on Health and Safety at Work, submitted by the Government, by representative of the Ministry of Labour, Employment, Veterans and Social Affairs Biljana Djuric, which it adopted in principle, following a discussion.

Under item three on the agenda, the Committee adopted in principle the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Waste Management, submitted by the Government, presented by the State Secretary at the Ministry of Environmental Protection Sara Pavkov.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Elvira Kovacs, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Milan Radin, Goran Milic, Rozalia Okresz, Jelena Obradovic, Zagorka Aleksic, Ana Miljanic, Natan Albahari, Dunja Simonovic Bratic, Dubravka Filipovski, Dr Jelena Kalajdzic, Ksenija Markovic, Predrag Marsenic, Ana Beolica Martac and Dijana Radovic.
