Seventh Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government
At the sitting that started on 27 January 2023, the members of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government considered the following bills submitted by the Government, in principle:
- Bill on Judges;
- Bill on Organisation of Courts;
- Bill on Public Prosecution;
- Bill on High Judicial Council;
- Bill on High Prosecutorial Council;
- Bill amending the Law on the Constitutional Court;
- Bill amending the Law on Organisation and Competence of State Authorities Combating High Technology Crime;
- Bill amending the Law on Organisation and Competence of State Authorities in War Crimes Proceedings;
- Bill amending the Law on Organisation and Competence of State Authorities in Suppression of Organised Crime, Terrorism and Corruption;
- Bill amending the Law on the Design and Use of the Coat-of-Arms, Flag and National Anthem of the Republic of Serbia;
- Bill amending the Law on Publishing Laws and Other Regulations and Acts.
