Seventh Sitting of the Committee on Health and the Family
The Committee on Health and the Family held its seventh sitting on 6 November, chaired by Snezana Stojanovic-Plavsic, Committee Chairman.
The Committee on Health and the Family held its seventh sitting on 6 November, chaired by Snezana Stojanovic-Plavsic, Committee Chairman. The sitting was attended by the Minister of Health, Tomica Milosavljevic and the Minister of Finance, Mirko Cvetkovic and associates.
The Minister of Finance, Mirko Cvetkovic, briefed the Committee members on the plan for financing health services in 2008, which is currently being considered.
The Minister of Health, Tomica Milosavljevic, pointed out that “investing into health services means investing in a sustainable economic development” and that budgetary allocations for health should be expanded within this year’s Budget.
The Committee members went on to discuss these financial proposals and posed questions to the Ministers.Committees related to this activity
