Seventh Sitting of the Committee on Defence and Security
The Committee on Defence and Security held its seventh sitting on 29 October. The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Ivica Dacic.
The Committee on Defence and Security held its seventh sitting on 29 October. The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Ivica Dacic. The sitting was also attended by the State Secretary of the Ministry of Interior, Milorad M. Todorovic, Head of the Bureau for International Co-operation – Ministers Cabinet, Drazen Maravic and Head of the Travel Documents and Readmission Department, Zorica Djokic-Milosavljevic.
State Secretary Milorad M. Todorovic presented to the Committee the Bill on the confirmation of the Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the European Community on the readmission of persons of illegal stay and the Bill on the confirmation of the Agreement between the Council of Ministers of Serbia and Montenegro and the Government of the Republic of France on the return and acceptance of individuals in an irregular situation, with Protocol, submitted by the Government.
The Committee Members unanimously decided to submit both bills for adoption to the National Assembly.
The Committee Members posed questions within the Ministry of Interior’s authority to the Ministry representatives.
