Seventh Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 1 November, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues deliberated on the amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law the on Navigation and Ports on Inland Waterways.


The Committee found the amendment to Article 36 of the Bill, jointly submitted by MPs Marko Djurisic, Miroslav Aleksic, Goran Bogdanovic, Nenad Konstantinovic and Zdravko Stankovic, not to comply with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee found the remaining 56 amendments submitted to the Bill to be compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Djordje Komlenski and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Jasmina Obradovic, Bajro Gegic, Jelena Zaric Kovacevic, Krsto Janjusevic, Aleksandra Majkic, Zoran Krasic, Bojan Torbica, Elvira Kovacs and Miroljub Stankovic.
