Seventeenth Sitting of the Legislative Committee
At the seventeenth sitting, held on 18 November, the Legislative Committee considered the amendments to the bills on the Organisation of Courts, on Court and Public Prosecutors Seats and Districts and amending and modifying the Law on Misdemeanours.
At the seventeenth sitting, held on 18 November, the Legislative Committee considered the amendments to the bills on the Organisation of Courts, on Court and Public Prosecutors Seats and Districts and amending and modifying the Law on Misdemeanours.
The Committee discussed the 53 amendments submitted to the Bill on the Organisation of Courts and unanimously deemed them legally feasible.
The Committee also unanimously ruled that the 124 amendments submitted to the Bill on Court and Public Prosecutors Seats and Districts are legally feasible, as well as the amendment submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Misdemeanours.
The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Vlatko Ratkovic.
