Seventeenth Sitting of the Committee on Defense and Security
At the sitting held on 23 February, the Committee on Defense and Security considered the Military Security Agency’s (VBA) Activity Report for the period January 1 - November 30, 2009.The VBA’s 2009 Activity Report was presented to the deputies by its Director, Svetko Kovac, who took part in the Committee’s work along with his associates.

The VBA’s 2009 Activity Report was presented to the deputies by its Director, Svetko Kovac, who took part in the Committee’s work along with his associates.
The Committee members posed a number of questions about the Agency’s functioning in 2009 and the activities planned for this year and commended the VBA’s Activity Report. The Committee adopted the Military Security Agency’s Activity Report for the period January 1 - November 30, 2009, by a majority of votes
The Committee went on to accept the invitation to the founding meeting of the Coordinating working body of parliamentary bodies for the oversight over the work of intelligence security agencies of South Eastern Europe, on 8 and 9 March 2010 in Sarajevo.
The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Dragan Todorovic.
