Second Sitting of the Legislative Committee
At the sitting held on 30 June, the Legislative Committee discussed in principle the Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Government and the Bill on the Ministries.
At the sitting held on 30 June, the Legislative Committee discussed in principle the Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Government and the Bill on the Ministries. These Bills were submitted by 122 deputies.
The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman Vlatko Ratkovic.
Deeming them in agreement with the Constitution and the legal order, the Committee proposed by a majority of votes that the National Assembly adopt the Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Government and the Bill on the Ministries in principle. Four deputies reserved their opinion on both Bills.
