Second Sitting of the Health and Family Committee
At the sitting held on 19 September 2012, the members of the Health and Family Committee unanimously elected Dr Ljubica Mrdakovic Todorovic Committee Deputy Chairperson.
At the sitting, the Committee also nominated Dr Predrag Mijatovic for a member of the Commission for the Control of the Execution of Criminal Sanctions.
In the continuation, the Committee ruled on the formation of a Working Group to consider the petitions, proposals and initiatives submitted by citizens and organisations. The Committee Chairman stressed that the formation of this Working Group is very important considering that the Health and Family Committee had always received a great many civic petitions relating to the exercise of the right to healthcare. The Committee members agreed that Dr Ljubica Mrdakovic Todorovic, Prof. Dr Milan Knezevic, Dr Branislav Blazic, Nebojsa Zelenovic and Milos Aligrudic should be elected Working Group members.
The sitting was chaired by Prof. Dr Dusan Milisavljevic, Committee Chairman.
