Second Sitting of the Committee on Justice and Administration

At its second sitting held on 30 June, the Committee on Justice and Administration considered the Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Government elaborated on the behalf of the submitters by deputy Bosko Ristic.



At its second sitting held on 30 June, the Committee on Justice and Administration considered the Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Government elaborated on the behalf of the submitters by deputy Bosko Ristic.

With five reserved opinions of Committee members, the Committee decided to propose that the National Assembly accept the Bill in principle.


At the sitting, the Committee members also considered the Bill on the Ministries, elaborated by deputy Vlatko Ratkovic.


The Committee ruled to propose that the National Assembly accept the Bill in principle. Two Committee members reserved their opinion.

The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman Bosko Ristic.
