Second Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 24 July, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues discussed, in principle, the Bill on Ministries, Bill amending the Law on Government and the Bill amending the Law on the Bases Regulating Security Services of the Republic of Serbia.
By a majority of votes, the Committee members noted that the Bill on Ministries and Bill amending the Law on the Bases Regulating Security Services of the Republic of Serbia adhere to the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia. Having voted, the Committee failed to reach a decision on the Bill amending the Law on Government.
The sitting was chaired by Srdjan Mikovic, Committee Deputy Chairman.
