Ninth Sitting of the Health and Family Committee
At the sitting held on 22 January, the Health and Family Committee discussed, in principle, two of the bills included in the agenda for the Second Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly in 2013.
State Secretary at the Ministry of Health Perisa Simonovic elaborated the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement among the Member States of the South-Eastern Europe Health Network on the Host Country Arrangements for the Seat of the Secretariat of the South-Eastern Europe Health Network, which defines the conditions, manner and circumstances under which the Secretariat, with its seat in Skopje, Macedonia, would function.
The Bill on the Confirmation of the Protocol on the Law Applicable to Maintenance Obligations was explained by Snezana Nedeljkovic, representative of the Ministry of Finance and Economy.
The Committee members accepted both bills in principle.
The sitting was chaired by Prof. Dr Dusan Milisavljevic, Committee Chairman.
