Ninth Sitting of the Gender Equality Committee
The Gender Equality Committee held its ninth sitting on 5 December. The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairperson, Elena Bozic-Talijan.

The Proposal of the Declaration on the Elimination of all Forms of Violence Against Women was discussed at the sitting. Having completed the discussion and specified the text, the Committee members unanimously determined the text of the document which they will forward into Assembly procedure.
