Ninth Sitting of the Foreign Affairs Committee

The ninth sitting of the Foreign Affairs Committee, held on 15 November 2016, was closed to the public at the request of a third of the Committee members.


The Committee conducted an interview with the newly-appointed Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia to the Republic of Finland and non-resident Ambassador to the Republic of Estonia Sasa Obradovic before deployment to diplomatic duty.

The Committee then adopted reports on visits realised and noted the regular activities of the National Assembly’s standing delegations, notes on realised contacts, and the changes in the composition of the PFGs with the following countries: Azerbaijan, Algeria, countries of Sub-Saharan Africa, Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Bulgaria, UK, Greece, Denmark, Israel, India, Indonesia, Italy, Iran, Japan, Armenia, Kazakhstan, China, Cyprus, Cuba, Luxembourg, Hungary, Macedonia, Mexico, Germany, Norway, Poland, Republic of Korea, Romania, Russian Federation, USA, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, UAE, Finland, France, Croatia, Montenegro, Switzerland, Sweden and Spain.
