Ninety-Fourth Sitting of the Justice and Administration Committee
At the sitting held on 17 November, the Justice and Administration Committee considered and unanimously endorsed the Rehabilitation Bill in principle.
The Committee considered and endorsed the Serbian Chamber of Lawyers’ proposal to nominate Miroslav Bojic for an elective member of the First Composition of the State Prosecutorial Council from the ranks of lawyers.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Bosko Ristic.
