Ninety-Fourth Sitting of the Administrative Committee
At the sitting held on 5 July, the Administrative Committee considered the requests made by holders of judiciary functions for approval to prosecute certain members of parliament.
Following a discussion the Committee decided to submit reports to the National Assembly with accompanying decision proposals to revoke the immunity of the following MPs: Momcilo Duvnjak, Gordana Paunovic-Milosavljevic, Dragan Acimovic and Momir Markovic.
