Ninety-Eighth Sitting of the Justice and Administration Committee
At the sitting held on 23 December, the Justice and Administration Committee considered the Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Constitutional Court, submitted by the Government, in detail
Out of the 55 amendments submitted, the Committee endorsed the three amendments submitted to Articles 3, 5 and 6 of the Bill, which the Government had accepted. The Committee submitted an amendment of its own, deleting the last paragraph of Article 5 of the Bill.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Bosko Ristic.
