Ninetieth Sitting of the Legislative Committee

At the sitting held on 11 May, the Legislative Committee considered the amendments to the Bill on Preventing Harassment at Work (76), Bill on Volunteer Work (72), Bill amending and modifying the Law on Free Access to Information of Public Importance (2), Bill amending and modifying the Law on Decorations of the Republic of Serbia (1) and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on the State Audit Institution (7).



At the sitting held on 11 May, the Legislative Committee considered the amendments to the Bill on Preventing Harassment at Work (76), Bill on Volunteer Work (72), Bill amending and modifying the Law on Free Access to Information of Public Importance (2), Bill amending and modifying the Law on Decorations of the Republic of Serbia (1) and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on the State Audit Institution (7).

The Committee declared all the amendments submitted to the Bills legally feasible, except for two amendments submitted by deputy Zlata Djeric to the Bill on Volunteer Work, which were rejected as incomplete.

Regarding the initiatives to estimate the constitutionality of the provision of article 3 of the Law on Agricultural Land, provisions of articles 284 and 285, article 306 paragraph 3 and article 333 paragraph 1 item 99 of the Road Traffic Safety Law, provision of article 13 paragraph 3 of the Law amending and modifying the Law on Chambers of Commerce, proposal for the estimation of constitutionality of the provision of article 42 paragraph 1 of the Law on Scientific and Research Activities, as well as the initiative to initiate proceedings for the estimation of constitutionality and compliance with the verified international treaty of the provisions of article 24 of the Law on Mandatory Traffic Insurance and estimation of constitutionality of the Law on Assets Owned by the Republic of Serbia, the Legislative Committee decided to inform the Constitutional Court that the disputed provisions of said laws do adhere to the Constitution of the Republic of Serbia.
