Newly appointed judicial officials take oath of office
A total of 129 judges, 22 presiding judges, 10 public prosecutors and 55 deputy public prosecutors were appointed at the Second Session of the First Regular Sitting of the National Assembly.
A total of 129 judges, 22 presiding judges, 10 public prosecutors and 55 deputy public prosecutors were appointed at the Second Session of the First Regular Sitting of the National Assembly.
The 85 newly appointed judges and 65 public prosecutors took the oath of office on 18 March, before the Chairman of the National Assembly, Predrag Markovic.
The oath-taking was attended by the Minister of Justice, Zoran Stojkovic, the chairman of the High Judicial Council, Janko Lazarevic, and the presiding justice of the Supreme Court, Vida Skero, who had taken her oath of office immediately upon her appointment, at the session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia.
