Newly-Elected Judges Take Oath of Office Before National Assembly Speaker
Judges elected to judicial office for the first time at the High Judicial Council sessions held on 23 April, 30 April and 7 May 2026, took the oath of office today, at the National Assembly, before the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Ana Brnabic and the President of the Supreme Court Miroljub Tomic.
The oath of office was taken by 31 judges of the First, Second and Third basic courts in Belgrade, Misdemeanour Court in Nis and the Commercial Court in Novi Sad.
The oath-taking ceremony was also attended by the President of the High Judicial Council Bojana Coguric.
