National Assembly at NATO PA 58th Annual Session in Prague
The National Assembly’s standing delegation to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly will take part in the NATO PA 58th Annual Session, to be held from 9 to 12 November 2012 in Prague, the Czech Republic.
In the course of the plenary session which will bring together some 350 parliamentarians, the participants will be addressed by Milan Stech, President of the Senate of the Czech Republic, Miroslava Nemcova, Speaker of the Chamber of Deputies of the Czech Republic, Petr Necas, Prime Minister of the Czech Republic, Anders Fogh Rasmussen, NATO Secretary General, as well as Egemen Bagis, Minister for EU Affairs and Chief Negotiator of the Republic of Turkey in its EU accession process.
The members of the NATO PA will also be addressed by Montenegrin President Filip Vujanovic, Nebojsa Radmanovic, member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonian Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski and President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili, considering that one of the topics of the plenary session is the expansion of NATO.
The National Assembly’s delegation at the NATO PA 58th Annual Session will comprise the Head of the delegation, MA Igor Becic, and delegation members Dr Branislav Blazic, MA Dejan Radenkovic, Konastantin Samofalov and Dr Milos Jovanovic.
