The theme of the 21st Annual Session is "The OSCE: Region of Change." In a joint debate, the members of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly will discuss the resolutions of the three general committees (General Committee on Political Affairs and Security, General Committee on Economic Affairs, Science, Technology and Environment, General Committee on Democracy, Human Rights and Humanitarian Questions) and the accompanying reports.

The agenda for the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly’s 21st Annual Session will also contain 28 subsequently submitted draft resolutions to be debated in one of the three general committees. Among them is resolution “Helsinki +40” sponsored by the Swiss delegation to the OSCE PA and dealing with the framework for OSCE presidency until 2015, as well as the push to renew the OSCE’s role in the Euro-Atlantic and Eurasian security architecture. The National Assembly’s delegation endorsed, in principle, the proposal to include the resolution in the agenda for the 21st Annual Session of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly.
In the course of the Annual Session, the members of the Parliamentary Assembly will, by secret ballot, elect new officers and OSCE PA representatives viz. president, vice-presidents, treasurer, as well as the chairs of the three general committees.
The National Assembly’s delegation to the 21st Annual Session of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly will comprise Gordana Comic and Meho Omerovic, members of the standing delegation.
