National Assembly Speaker Visits “Patriarch Pavle” Grammar School

The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Dr Vladimir Orlic visited “Patriarch Pavle” Grammar School in the Belgrade City Municipality of Rakovica, bringing a donation of computers from the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia.

School Principal Jasmin Nikolovski thanked the National Assembly and the state of Serbia for the constant support for the education system and the donation which would, he stressed, be especially important for the attendees of the school’s specialised IT class. He informed the Assembly Speaker about the school’s history and operation, as well as its many extracurricular activities which contribute to the development of the students’ personal potentials and competencies.

Dr Orlic stressed that the care for children and the youth would continue in future as one of the priorities of the policy championed by President Aleksandar Vucic.

The Grammar School in Rakovica was founded over three decades ago as the XV Belgrade Grammar School and had been given the name of Patriarch Pavle in 2016. Today, it is number 1200 students.
